In turn, single-family houses we would like to make from whole reinforced concrete modules (like really big blocks …). We are working on an idea in which the construction of a single-family house of 120-130 m2 will be built in 3 days (open shell) with the difference that our house will be made of only six reinforced concrete elements.
The rest of the work will be able to be carried out by the investor himself, at any convenient time.
The construction of the house will be more than average durable. Interestingly, this was not our priority but the “side effect” of a different idea that we have taken advantage of in this project.
